Description:

The Software Developer is part of an agile development team building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of both, the Microsoft .NET development stack and/or JavaScript full stack. He is involved in all areas of development from design to development to testing and performs the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

  • Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications
  • Working with teammates in the migration of older applications to current technologies
  • Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications
  • Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems
  • Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
  • Package and support deployment of releases
  • Providing third-level support to business users
  • Adhering to high-quality development principles
  • Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
  • Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories and estimates. 


Must Have:

  • Strong desire to learn
  • 2-5 years in a comparable position
  • English: good working knowledge
  • Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts
  • Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts
  • Familiarity with version control and continuous integration concepts
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft .NET development using C#
  • Good working knowledge of web development using JavaScript , HTML5 and CSS
  • Knowledge of client/server application development
  • Knowledge of Micro services architectures
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies

Nice To Have:

  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus.
